So 2 weeks are already through of XC training. These first two weeks were easy ileage so I didn't feel a need to give an everyday update. At this point, it's not really about how I'm feeling because (as I should be) I'm not shape yet. Here's a look at my mileage from week 2:

Total Summer Mileage: 41
